Job Description

The Senior Data Program Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing document workflows and data ingestion processes that support unemployment management services. You will handle complex document processing tasks, resolving datarelated issues, and ensuring accurate processing of critical documentation. You will report to the Manager, Mail and Data Imaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Electronic Document Processing: Oversee and evaluate both indexable and nonindexable forms from clients and our teams including UI Claims, Benefit Charges, Tax Rate Notices, Account Statements, Garnishments, Child Support documents.
  • Separation Notice Processing: Manage and process separation notices, ensuring accurate indexing to C3 for use by analysts in resolving UI claims.
  • Exception Handling: Investigate and resolve issues identified during manual indexing, such as missing SSNs, mismatched SUI, and employer name discrepancies.
  • Special Email Handling: Address nonstandard email formats including encrypted messages and nonPDF attachments that cannot be processed automatically.
  • Document Retrieval: Retrieve and distribute PDFs from managed file transfer systems and fax platforms, including ShareFile and CoreFax.
  • Document Routing Management: Ensure and secure delivery of UIrelated documents to appropriate teams. Resolve issues with misdirected or misrouted documents.
    • Qualifications
      • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      • 3+ years of experience in document processing, data operations, or a similar role
      • Experience with unemployment management processes
      • Proficiency with tools such as WinIndexer, C3, ShareFile, and CoreFax
      • Experience resolving issues
      • Experience collaborating with multiple teamspartners

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as jobrelated skills, experience, and education.
