Job description

En Iddink, estamos buscando un/a Administrativo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de compras y aportar un enfoque analítico en la gestión de pedidos, optimización de proveedores y mejora de procesos. Buscamos a una persona con alta capacidad de organización, iniciativa y habilidades para la interpretación de datos que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar soporte administrativo al equipo de compras, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos internos y garantizando su eficiencia.

  • Gestionar y coordinar pedidos con proveedores, supervisando plazos de entrega y cumplimiento de condiciones establecidas.

  • Monitorizar y resolver incidencias con clientes y proveedores, implementando soluciones ágiles y eficaces para minimizar impactos operativos.

  • Mantener y actualizar la base de datos de compras, asegurando su integridad y utilizando la información para generar reportes estratégicos.

  • Analizar datos clave del área de compras, incluyendo costos, tiempos de entrega y desempeño de proveedores, con el objetivo de identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en Microsoft Office con un nivel avanzado de Excel (uso diario para análisis y reporting).

  • Experiencia en el uso de ERPs como SAP o Business Central será altamente valorada.

  • Idiomas: Castellano y Catalán bilingüe, tanto de forma escrita como hablada.

Aptitudes:

  • Capacidad analítica para evaluar datos y extraer conclusiones que favorezcan la mejora continua en la gestión de compras.

  • Orientación a la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

  • Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente en un entorno dinámico.

  • Adaptabilidad a nuevas herramientas y metodologías de trabajo.
