Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Manage candidate data in the ATS, keeping records accurate and up to date throughout the hiring process.
Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing timely and thoughtful communication throughout the hiring process.
Identify and suggest opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and candidate experience processes.
Support onboarding preparation to help new hires feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
Contribute to key talent initiatives such as employer branding, talent communities, university recruiting, and other special projects that shape our talent strategy and culture.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination or administrative support role.
Demonstrated success in fastpaced environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
A strong commitment to delivering a positive, seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and rapport quickly across diverse groups.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency with GSuite andor Microsoft Office tools.
Handon experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
Experience coordinating across multiple time zones.
Experience supporting recruiting or talent teams in highgrowth or SaaS environments.
Prior experience working with globally distributed teams.
