Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our software engineering team. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing frontend applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems, and delivering highquality user experiences. This role offers opportunities to take on increasing responsibility based on experience, contributing to both technical execution and teamwide improvements.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain scalable, highperformance frontend solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code following industry best practices.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, UIUX designers, and product managers to build cohesive and userfriendly applications.

• Participate in and contribute to code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to team standards.

• Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast, responsive user experiences across browsers and devices.

• Implement modern UIUX best practices to enhance usability and accessibility.

• Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture, tooling, and development processes.

• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, proactively addressing technical debt and improving system reliability.

• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for relevant improvements.

• Who You Are:

  • Experience in frontend software engineering, with a track record of delivering productionready applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

  • Understanding of frontend build tools, package managers, and CICD pipelines.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to debug complex frontend issues.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams.

  • Passion for building intuitive, highquality user interfaces and continuously improving frontend performance.

  • Nice to Have (but not required):

    • Experience working with TypeScript.

    • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks, especially Playwright.

    • Familiarity with REST or other API interaction patterns.

    • Exposure to design systems and componentbased architecture.

    • The approximate compensation range for this position is $140,000$180,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
