Sr. Web & SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, global web roadmap to support business goals, customer acquisition, and regional relevance
• Oversee and manage the corporate website and opensource web properties (EJBCA.org, BouncyCastle.org, SignServer.org), with a focus on content strategy, SEO performance, and user experience
• Lead website projects from planning through launch, collaborating with design, content, product marketing, and web development agency
• Own website analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and SEMrush; translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
• Partner with our content team and outside agencies on SEO strategy and execution, providing keyword research, onpageoffpage optimization, and performance monitoring
• Plan and execute AB testing and personalization initiatives to improve user experience and conversions.
• Manage relationships and deliverables with web development, analytics and SEO agencies, ensuring projects are on time, on brand, and within scope.
• Drive the website localization and translation strategy to ensure effectiveness across multilingual regions
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, product, security, content, and design teams to support campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in marketing ops, security, and compliance to ensure the website remains integrated, compliant, and up to date
• Monitor web performance, accessibility, and UX best practices to continuously improve digital experiences
• Stay current with digital trends and identify new opportunities to improve site effectiveness and innovation

• Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Development, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in web strategy or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing SEO programs and using web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SEMrush, GSC, GTM)
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex web initiatives and managing external agencies
  • Comfortable working in WordPress and managing website updates, even if technical development is handled by an agency
  • Familiarity with translation workflows, localization platforms, or multilingual website strategies
  • Deep understanding of CRO, UIUX, web accessibility, and performance optimization
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and crossfunctional teams

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries
    • Experience managing multilingual or localized websites
    • Familiarity with conversion optimization, AB testing platforms, or marketing automation tools
    • Track record of successfully leading website transformations or redesigns

    • Compensation

      Salary will be commensurate with experience.
