Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of PLG analytics and design growth experiments.
  • Collaborate with revenue leaders to translate hypotheses into experiments.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions using Python and SQL, working with data engineering teams.
  • Build dashboards, models, and frameworks to track product usage, activation, and monetization.

About the job

We’re seeking a datadriven, executionfocused Marketing Analyst to power the GoToMarket (GTM) analytics engine behind Twilio’s productled growth (PLG) initiatives. This is a highly crossfunctional role at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Engineering. You’ll rapidly prototype, test growth hypotheses, and transform customer and product insights into scalable sales plays and GTM experiments. Your work will directly shape how we surface highimpact signals and operationalize them across Twilio’s gotomarket motion.

As a key translator between commercial teams and GTM engineers, you’ll bridge business needs with technical solutions, helping build the connective tissue that drives measurable growth across our selfserve and salesassisted motions.
