Join the team as Twilio’s next Billing Operations Analyst
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation.
- Respond to and provide resolutions for internal and external customer inquiries.
- Review and validation of customer contracts across multiple systems to ensure accuracy of financial data in each system and to ensure accurate and timely provisioning of contracts prepared by analysts.
- Participate in new process implementations, operational improvements, system enhancements, and, contributing from a subject matter expertise perspective.
- Assist with Payment Portal uploads.
- Ensure customer entitlements are provisioned correctly per the signed agreements.
- Gather and format large raw data sets to assist with customer billing reporting and queries.
- Participate in month end close, including: Managing and tracking recurring billing and required approvals and tracking and application of customer credits.
- Participate in external and internal audits as needed.

- 3+ years experience in a Billing Operations role
- Experience with ERP systems like Zuora andor Salesforce is preferred
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize various deliverables
- Ability to prioritize and multitask throughout high volume order processing
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently
- Collaborative working style and experience working crossfunctionally
- Ability to participate in flexible timezone meetings periodically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Location
This role will be Remote and based in Mexico City
Travel
