Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support services to clients, helping them navigate welfare and healthcare systems.
  • Conduct assessments to identify clients needs and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive an integrated care approach.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and interventions.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs and rights within various service frameworks.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families.
  • Participate in training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the welfare sector.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
    • Requirements

      • Significant experience in welfare work or a related field is required.
      • Strong communication and advocacy skills with a commitment to clientcentered care.
      • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
      • Relevant qualifications or certifications in social work or welfare are advantageous.
      • Basic computer skills for documentation and effective communication.
      • Willingness to relocate to Ireland and embrace a new cultural experience.
      • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
