• Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Build and maintain multiyear financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses to guide leadership decisions.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering leaders to own budgeting, pricing experiments and ROI driven decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices and tooling to automate reporting, forecasting and KPI dashboards.

    Who You Are

    Qualifications

    • Anywhere in the continental US, but San Francisco is preferred.
    • 8–12 years of FP&A experience including highgrowth SaaS startups
    • Proven track record building financial planning processes, models and dashboards.
    • Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, usagebased revenue).
    • Exceptional analytical rigor, communication skills and comfort simplifying complex data into clear narratives.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrive in ambiguity, bias toward action and willing to roll up your sleeves.
