About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist with 2 years of experience to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing and implementing machine learning models, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for datadriven innovation and optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. This position is based onsite in our Ho Chi Minh City office, allowing for close collaboration and knowledge sharing with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights in data.
• Visualize data using appropriate tools and techniques to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
• Document data science processes and models for reproducibility and maintainability.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to the development of data science best practices and standards.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data science or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikitlearn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
