Job description

Location: Cambridge, UK – (Remote available within the UK)

This is a Fixed Term Contract ending 30th December 2025.

Are you a performancedriven marketer with a deep understanding of the games industry, with strong knowledge and experience of growing audiences and optimising mobile and PC game discoverability?

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Jagex, you will play a key role in building and scaling our user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. Sitting at the heart of our central marketing team, this role offers the opportunity to impact multiple teams and audiences. You’ll use dataled insights to guide strategic decisions, develop compelling creative briefs, and continuously refine targeting and segmentation strategies for both mobile and PC platforms.

This is an exciting and influential opportunity to shape the performance marketing and visibility of Jagex’s portfolio, working closely with internal game teams, creative partners, and crossdiscipline stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and ad networks (e.g. Moloco, Quantcast, Adikteev).
  • Lead performancedriven creative testing, using insights and analysis to improve campaign impact and efficiency.
  • Present weekly campaign results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership.
  • Utilise data from attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Gamesight, and Google Analytics to drive continual improvements in campaign strategy.
  • Build detailed audience segments and customised targeting strategies to enhance user acquisition and reengagement performance.
  • Craft comprehensive creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external teams on the production of marketing assets.
  • Own the development and execution of App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategies, using tools like AppTweak to research trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support both live and upcoming titles across platforms by identifying key market opportunities through rigorous data analysis.

      • Proven experience in user acquisition or paid media buying, in the video andor mobile games industry.
      • Handson experience with major ad platforms and marketing channels including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and DSPs.
      • Proficiency with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Gamesight, and Google Analytics.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to interpret complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
      • Proven ability to operate in a fastpaced, metricsbased environment with autonomy and accountability.
      • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with crossfunctional stakeholders.
