HID is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead the promotion and sales of Omnikey Desktop and Embedded readers across the LAM region. As a dedicated RSM for this region, you will play a critical role in establishing HID’s presence in the region, building a foundation for growth by developing new channels, securing key partnerships, and driving the adoption of Omnikey solutions in all key verticals such as Healthcare, Enterprise, Banking, Secure Printing, and EV Charging.

The RSM will take full ownership of channel development, gotomarket (GTM) strategy, market penetration, and the growth of HIDs EAT RFID solutions, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that the Omnikey product line achieves maximum visibility and success in the LAM market.

The ideal candidate will develop and manage the regional sales strategy, build and maintain relationships with distributors and resellers, and ensure a structured sales process to maximize revenue. A deep understanding of the Latin American market, business culture, and distribution channels is essential. The role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
