We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of a internal sales product. In this role, you will be the voice of the customer, working closely with multiple business areas to understand their needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and guide the development team to deliver a product that exceeds expectations. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering clear communication between stakeholders and the development team.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy: Understand the overall product vision and strategy, and translate it into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with multiple business areas to understand their goals, objectives, pain points, and existing product issues.
Requirements Gathering & Refinement: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business priorities and technical feasibility.
Sprint Planning & Execution: Participate in sprint planning meetings, providing clarity on user stories and acceptance criteria.
Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as the primary point of contact for productrelated inquiries.
Delivery Planning: Define and maintain the product delivery plan, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of features and enhancements.

Key Activities:
Write epics and features with highlevel acceptance criteria.
Review and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
Ensure crosscommunication between business areas and the development team.
Actively participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Squad Leader, or Project Manager with a strong focus on business refinement and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.
Experience working directly with clients.
