We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in environments where processes are still being defined. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently navigate ambiguity, ask clarifying questions, and take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities for Sales, Service, and CPQ. You’ll be the goto resource for diverse platform requests, with a strong focus on revamping permissions, managing license usage, and collaborating with developers to deliver scalable solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Redesign and implement rolebased permission groups and profiles to support secure and scalable user access.
  • Audit and optimize existing security groups, sharing rules, and permission structures to align with business roles and compliance standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a wide variety of Salesforce requests, including user management, issues, reporting, and data updates.
  • Manage and monitor Salesforce license usage, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with contractual limits.
  • Support Data Loader operations, including imports, exports, updates, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers to clarify requirements, test solutions, and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions
  • Contribute to the development of team processes, documentation, and best practices in a fastevolving environment.

  • Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator required; Advanced Admin or Business Analyst certifications are a plus.
