Your Impact
We are looking for a capable and hands-on Software Development Engineer to support our Mobile Engineering efforts. This position will be under an Employer of Record (EoR) agreement. In this role, you will:

Design and build mobile solutions interface with physical devices and peripherals.
Contribute to apps supporting badge-based access, visitor kiosks, and integrated security.
Work across Android, iOS, and cross-platform frameworks.
Collaborate with backend systems within Acre Identity’s broader architecture.

What You’ll Do

Develop applications using Xamarin, MAUI, Kotlin, and Flutter.
Integrate mobile apps with badge readers, printers (Zebra, Brother, Star), and cameras.
Contribute to testing and optimizing mobile performance across device families.
Implement secure and reliable connections with backend APIs.
Collaborate with QA and Product to ensure smooth integrations

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

3+ years of experience in mobile development.
Proficiency in Xamarin or MAUI, with familiarity in Kotlin or Flutter.
Experience integrating peripherals via USB, Bluetooth, or network APIs.
Understanding of mobile UI/UX and hardware compatibility testing.

Bonus points if you bring:

Exposure to RFID, NFC, or barcode scanning technology.
Experience with kiosk UI patterns and embedded security controls.
Experience working with visitor management, access control, or identity platforms.
