Your Impact
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Software Development Engineer to join our growing R&D Team. This position will be under an Employer of Record (EoR) agreement. In this role, you will:

Own the technical delivery and evolution of the Acre Identity products and platforms, ensuring quality, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.
Deliver robust and maintainable code using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server).
Champion engineering standards, scalability, and security practices within the team.
Drive innovation and mentor team members through design reviews and technical guidance.

What You’ll Do

Architect and implement reliable, performant services and integrations.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex technical issues.
Document and communicate architectural decisions and development guidelines.
Support DevOps and QA teams in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release readiness.
Collaborate with product stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers across levels.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
Proven experience designing secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and test automation.
Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
Awareness of secure development principles and common vulnerabilities, with a willingness to support remediation of issues identified through vulnerability scans/testing.

Bonus points if you bring:

Experience with Windows Services and DLL-based architecture.
Knowledge of Azure-based deployments and hybrid infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM).
Familiarity with physical access systems and security-related platforms.
