Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend IT recruitment for domestic servicebased clients (Contract & Fulltime roles).
Understand cl
ient requirements, job descriptions, and priority demands.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other tools.
Screen, evaluate, and validate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews, manage coordination, and ensure smooth communication.
Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance and joining.
Maintain reports on submission and closure status.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment for domestic servicebased clients.
Strong in sourcing midtosenior level IT roles across multiple technologies.
Exposure to ContracttoHire (C2H) and fulltime hiring models.
Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
Selfmotivated with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Must be able to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
