Fullstack Developer

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8am 5pm PST 30 minute lunch break
  

• Friday: 8am 3pm PST 1 hour lunch break
  

• Job Overview:
  
  We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and testing our software solutions to ensure seamless, efficient, and effective operations. You will have fullstack developer experience and can own our development and coding projects. This is a very visible and impactful role! You will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and applying best practices and building out future automations and software for PDR!

  Key Responsibilities:
  

  • Own the user acceptance testing of any new or enhanced system features. This includes system integrations, data management, and user interface improvements.
    

  • Own PDRs development or coding projects, including fullstack development projects, existing system and coding enhancements, code reviews, and SDLC reviews.
    

  • Monitor backend system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and quality of service.
    

  • Collaborate with crossdepartmental teams and their departmental heads to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.
    

  • Collaborate on projects to ensure software flows are validated and tested.
    

  • Stay updated on new features and updates in relevant technologies.
    

  • Develop and maintain system development documentation for PDRs coding language standards, best practices, SDLC and code reviews.
    

  • Work with the Data Management Team to assist with any fullstack coding needs to enhance dashboard delivery or ETL processes that require coding language proficiency.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    

    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.,
      

    • FullStack Development experience (node.js, React.js, MySQL specifically)
      

    • Proven, multiyear experience in developing and maintaining complex software systems
      

    • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
      

    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
      

    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical staff.
      

    • Experience with system integrations and API development.
      

    • Experience with Snowflake a plus
      

    • Experience with Pipedream a plus
