Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • 20 hours per week maximum, with a potential to upscale
  • Client time zone: ACST (Adelaide, Australia)


    • Are you a resultsdriven digital marketer with a passion for paid media? Were looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our ad campaigns across Google Ads and MetaFacebook Ads platforms.

      This is a remote, parttime role (~16–20 hours per week), ideal for someone seeking flexible hours while contributing to meaningful campaigns that drive measurable impact.


      What Youll Be Doing:

      Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and MetaFacebook Ads platforms.

      Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign goals, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks.

      Conduct regular performance analysis and provide clear, actionable reports.

      Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

      Identify new audience segments and opportunities for AB testing.

      Ensure consistency across creative assets, landing pages, and messaging.

      Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce highperforming ad creatives.

      Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and performance best practices.

      Requirements
      3+ years of handson experience running successful Google and Meta ad campaigns.

      Some experience with Plann App ideal tool or similar.

      Proven experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or DTC brands is a plus.

      Strong grasp of KPIs, conversion tracking, and attribution models.

      Ability to interpret analytics data and translate it into strategic recommendations.

      Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Plann App workflows, and Meta Business Suite.

      Excellent communication and time management skills.

      Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with partial AU timezone overlap.


      Nice to Have:

      Experience integrating ad campaigns with email marketing funnels (Klaviyo).

      A performanceoriented mindset with a keen eye for creative strategy.

      Familiarity with broader digital marketing tools and CRMs.
