We’re seeking a talented creative professional to serve as both Video Editor and Graphic Designer for our luxury real estate marketing efforts. You’ll transform raw video content into polished, premiumquality marketing materials while creating stunning graphic designs that reflect our luxury brand standards. Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into polished, luxurystandard content for YouTube and Instagram platforms

Create compelling graphic design materials for marketing campaigns and property launches

Revise and update existing marketing materials to showcase new properties effectively

Maintain strict brand consistency across all visual content using established brand standards

Collaborate effectively to ensure seamless integration between video and graphic design outputs

Process and clear backlog of existing video content requiring professional editing

Develop content optimized for multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

Take ownership of projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision

Requirements
