  Job Description
  

  This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing technology company as their dedicated ControllerBookkeeper during a pivotal expansion period. You’ll play a crucial role in establishing robust financial systems and processes while supporting the company through their capital raise and rebranding initiatives. Working directly with company leadership, you’ll manage daytoday financial operations using modern platforms and help build the financial foundation for continued growth.   Responsibilities
  

  • Manage comprehensive bookkeeping operations using Finaloop platform (QuickBooks competitor)
    
  • Support critical financial transitions including payroll system migration from SharePayroll to Gusto
    
  • Provide financial reporting and documentation to support ongoing capital raise activities
    
  • Maintain accurate financial records throughout company rebranding and transition processes
    
  • Coordinate financial data integration with Shopify platform systems
    
  • Deliver responsive financial support with 24hour communication cycles
    
  • Work closely with company leadership on strategic financial matters
    
  • Establish and maintain organized financial processes during rapid growth phase

    Requirements

    • Proven experience with Finaloop platform and modern accounting software
      
    • Strong bookkeeping and accounting background with attention to detail
      
    • Familiarity with Shopify financial integrations and ecommerce platforms preferred
      
    • Experience with payroll systems, particularly Gusto, is advantageous
      
    • Excellent communication skills and commitment to responsive client service
      
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
      
    • Comfortable supporting companies through transition and growth phases
      
    • Flexible schedule availability to accommodate client timezone preferences
      
    • Enthusiasm for working with innovative technology companies in dynamic industries
