Work Schedule: 8:00 AM5:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM3:00 PM (PH Time)

We seek a Quantities Estimator to produce accurate estimates and manage procurement processes with precision.
The role involves leveraging technology to streamline workflows and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure
efficient project delivery. This position is critical for maintaining high standards of accuracy and operational
excellence in construction project management.

What Youll Do:
  • Producing quantities estimates and populating predefined Excelbased Purchase Order templates
  • Working within BuilderTrend to manage building schedules and task deadlines
  • Reviewing and improving procedures to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency through the smart use of technology
  • Researching and suggesting tools or tech solutions that streamline the estimating and procurement process
  • Liaising with Site Managers, Trades, Suppliers, and Clients
  • Onboarding and negotiating with new Trades and Suppliers
  • Managing client expectations with clear, confident communication
  • Applying your knowledge of building materials to ensure all procurement queries are handled with professionalism
