The VelocityEHS Partnership Manager is a strategic leader within the Partnerships team, responsible for driving new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through the Partner channel. This role blends visionary thinking with executional excellence to expand our reach and deepen our impact across the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
The Partnership Manager works collaboratively and proactively to drive new ARR growth, building scalable go-to-market initiatives and high-value solutions with service partners and lead generation and pipeline growth with referral partners. They serve as both architect and advocate—designing partner-specific strategies, developing supporting tools and processes, and guiding successful execution to accelerate growth and mutual value creation.
Internally, they are influential leaders who translate partner insights into actionable opportunities, enhancing VelocityEHS’s overall solution strategy and market positioning. Externally, they are industry-savvy professionals who stay ahead of evolving trends, using this knowledge to competitively differentiate
VelocityEHS and enable partners to win.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive ARR Growth - Develop and execute collaborative, insight-driven partner strategies that generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through service and referral partner channels.
- Partner Acquisition & Onboarding - Support the acquisition and onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth and value-aligned integration into the VelocityEHS ecosystem.
- Partner Relationship & Enablement Leadership - Nurture high-value relationships through regular
business reviews, strategic check-ins, enablement sessions, and product training to strengthen collaboration and accelerate pipeline performance.
- Lead Generation and Opportunity Development - Facilitate relationship-building between partners
and internal Sales teams to develop joint selling opportunities, from early engagement through
close.
- Pipeline & Performance Management - Own and manage a pipeline of inbound partner leads and co-sell opportunities, ensuring cross-functional alignment while tracking KPIs and delivering accurate monthly forecasts to support ARR growth targets.
- Sales Process Innovation - Design and optimize repeatable sales processes to convert service partner relationships into scalable revenue-generating channels.
- Partner Marketing Initiatives - Support Marketing with the design of joint marketing programs including webinars, events, digital assets, and co-branded content aligned to partnership strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ecosystem Building - Partner with Sales, Product, CX and other teams to co-develop and execute on mutually beneficial strategies while fostering a collaborative internal culture that delivers exceptional experiences for partners, prospects, and customers.
- Strategic Insight Sharing - Provide partner business feedback to internal stakeholders to shape organizational development decisions and improve alignment with partner needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Travel - Travel as needed to attend conferences, joint marketing events, and partner meetings to cultivate relationships, align on business strategy, and drive mutual growth initiatives.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- 5+ years of relevant SaaS and/or partner channel sales experience
- Technical experience or certification within the environmental health and safety industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
- Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
- Customer-driven with the ability to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business
relationships virtually
- Program or project management experience
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in channel partner sales and strategy
- Ability to initiate and collaborate on strategies to work toward a common vision
- Experience with Salesforce.com platform
- Consulting experience within the environmental health and safety industry
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency with a PC, internet browsers, MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and web-based tools are required

VelocityEHS is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices by offering market-based salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is between $105,750 and $142,800 USD (United States) or $97,700 and $138,250 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidate’s proficiency in skill set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors. This role is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. This role is eligible for a Variable Pay Program.
