Title: Senior Engineer

Duties: Leading the design and implementation of complex Salesforce Solutions to meet business requirements. Participates on cross functional company project teams responsible for implementing technology. Works across engineering teams to lead, define, and manage requirements (Salesforce level, Integrations, Managed Package). Performs requirements development,

Security analysis, allocation licenses, review, tracing, and validation. Monitors environment performance and provides all necessary reporting. Ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of data within Salesforce. Managing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce releases and Managed package upgrades. Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements within Salesforce. Responsible for Production User Access requests and maintaining profiles, roles, permissions within Salesforce. Collaborating with crossfunctional, third party teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems. Managing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce releases and Managed package upgrades. Providing support on critical production issues. Contributes to the completion of projectprogram milestones. Developing and maintaining documentation of Salesforce processes and configurations. Staying current on Salesforce best practices, features, and trends to ensure the organization is maximizing its investment in the platform.

Work will be performed remotely at home office.

Requirements: Must have bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related and 5 years of Salesforce experience, including:

• Maintain profiles, permission sets, roles to ensure appropriate access is provided to users.

• Responsible for configuring custom objects, fields, public groups, queues and other declarative configurations.

• Create and maintained automations using Workflow rules, Approval Processes and Process builders.

• Manage data imports and exports using Data Loader and maintained data security by using object permissions, fieldlevel security and sharing settings.

• Install Thirdparty Apps like DocuSign, maintained Box for Salesforce and other thirdparty apps.

• Provide enduser support, addressing issues with data visibility, navigation, and system functionality.

• Create, customize and optimize reports and dashboards for endusers to provide insights into data trends and key metrics.

Remote work is an option.

Salary: $116,200 $120,000 per year

Hours: 40 hoursweek, MondayFriday
