Job description

Business System Analyst will analyze and evaluate user needs and data to create concepts, prototypes and iterate on ideas.

Generate mockups and user requirements which can be leveraged by IT and other technical vendor partners to build new or enhanced solutions
Work with other functional teams as needed to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify potential solutions.
Capture, translate, communicate, and advocate findings from customer research to partners and internal teams
Collaborate closely with our agile product teams, business SMEs, product owners, designers, business analysts and technologists to build business cases and solution prototypes
Shapes design, build and iteration of solutions. Incorporates feedback on prototypes and iterates continuously to improve user experience and customer engagement.
