Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: India Remote

Job Description:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Temenos modules (e.g., Payments, AA, IRIS).

Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Create and validate functional specifications, data mappings, and process flows.

Support integration testing, UAT, and production rollouts.

Handle production issue triaging and root cause analysis.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (QA, Development, Compliance, Product).

Support REST API validations and coordinate with external vendors where required.

Document requirements, changes, and maintain JIRA boards or other project tools

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis within the banking domain.

Handson experience with Temenos T24 modules (such as Payments, AA, IRIS, etc.).

Experience working in Agile or Scrumbased environments.

Strong understanding of SWIFT messages, compliance processes, and API flows.

Good communication and documentation skills (English is a must).

Should be dedicated & ready to take up responsibility of assignments

Good to have:

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, REST APIs.

Familiarity with SendGrid, JSON structures, or microservicesbased architecture.
