Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and a current Paralegal certificate or 7+ years of relevant experience., Minimum of 5 years of IP paralegal experience, preferably in a legal or medical technology environment., In-depth knowledge of patent and trademark processes, including managing global dockets., Proficiency in Excel, docket management systems, and IP tools for data analytics..

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage IP assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on searches, filings, and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement workflows and policies related to IP management.
  • Assist in training and collaborating with business and legal teams on IP matters.

Job TitleHighLevel Position Summary:

Enovis is looking for an experienced IP Paralegal who wants to develop sustainable and efficient processes for a growing medical device company. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Intellectual Property, you will be responsible for partnering with the Vice President in providing a variety of critical intellectual property support functions including managing IP assets (e.g., patent, trademark and copyright) and their related documents and deadlines, fostering outside counsel relationships, and collaborating on high priority projects related to financial management and reporting, developing processes and procedures, and assembling training and education materials.
