We are seeking a detailoriented Registered Nurse(title) with compliance and auditing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that care plans are individualized, properly documented, and compliant with healthcare regulations. This role involves quality assurance, internal audits, chart reviews, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. The RN will audit Spanishspeaking nurse encounters to ensure accuracy and quality of patient education and documentation.

                        • Responsibilities

                          • Review and document clinical charts to drive better outcomes, quality and compliance

                              • Validate care plans are compliant and aligned with patient needs

                                  • Conduct internal compliance reviews to ensure adherence to CMS regulations

                                      • Monitor communications and documentation for HIPAA compliance

                                          • Perform random chart audits to identify discrepancies, risks, or trends

                                              • Identify and flag highrisk charts for further clinical review or intervention

                                                  • Educate staff on audit results, process improvements, documentation standards, CMS compliance, innovation updates for Care Management

                                                      • Audit bilingual (Spanish and English) calls to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance

                                                          • Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement quality assurance measures

                                                            • Qualifications

                                                              • Active, unencumbered RN license

                                                                  • BSN preferred

                                                                      • Minimum of 3+ years of RN experience in a clinical or care management setting

                                                                          • CCM Certification (Certified Case Manager) is optional but highly desirable

                                                                              • Strong knowledge of chronic disease documentation and CMS guidelines

                                                                                  • Prior experience in chart review, clinical auditing, or nurse education preferred

                                                                                      • Skilled in working with EHR systems and clinical documentation platforms

                                                                                          • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing audit metrics

                                                                                              • Bilingual—Fluent in Spanish and English (required for auditing multilingual calls)
