Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient screening activities and communicate with patients, providers, and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of communications and case progress in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support program success.
  • Assist with administrative duties and contribute to workflow improvements.

Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a fulltime Patient Navigation Specialist I – Screening to join our newly formed Screening Patient Navigation Department. This department is dedicated to supporting patients through the screening process to ensure timely and successful sample collections. As a key member of this growing team, you will collaborate with internal departments, vendors, providers, and sales representatives to deliver an exceptional patient experience and operational excellence.

This role will be working on EST. Bilingual SpanishEnglish speaking candidates preferred.
