Key responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with questions about motorcycle parts, gear, and accessories via phone, email, and chat.
  • Help customers place orders and resolve issues related to returns and lost packages.
  • Continuously learn about motorcycles to better support customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
