The Comoto Rider Support Team is currently looking for Technical Motorcycle Representatives for our next new hire class, which is tentatively scheduled for October 6, 2025!

Product Specialist Customer Service and Sales Customer Loyalty Rider Support; this role is all of those jobs in one. This isnt just about answering customer calls: You love bikes, you love working on bikes, and you love helping riders get the parts and technical assistance they need. You’re the one your buddies call when their bike has an issue, and you reliably have a solution for them! You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
Our Technicians must be be twowheel aficionados that are devotees of the powersports industry and understand the importance of finding the right parts, assuring a great customer experience, driving sales, and providing support for all riders that contact three companies under the Comoto Family of Brands: J&P Cycles, Cycle Gear, and RevZilla.
