WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Create and own the product roadmap — a strategic tool that outlines how the product will evolve, aligns stakeholders, secures development budgets, and ensures delivery within budget or supports negotiation for additional funding if needed.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze needs and align the product roadmap with broader strategic goals.
Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories to guide Agile software development teams effectively.
Act as the voice of the client/customer, representing their needs and ensuring their expectations are reflected in the product.
Make informed decisions and perform trade-off analyses to keep projects on track and solve critical challenges.
Define and track key objectives and strategies, using product data to drive smart business decisions.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end customer experience and how various systems and processes interconnect.
Partner with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development phases of the product lifecycle.
Take full accountability for the product(s), ensuring delivery within the product model, and clearly communicate product needs to business partners.
Assess business value, build business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to focus on high-impact work aligned with product strategy.
Influence client/customer requirements to ensure alignment with product goals and maximize value.
Own and maintain a well-prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation by development teams.
Act as a visible ambassador for the product, both internally and externally, and serve as the go-to contact for all product-related questions.
Create detailed product specifications that are clearly understood and actionable by development teams.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
Bring 3+ years of experience in ICT System Engineering, Project Management, IT Business Analysis, or ICT Delivery Service Management
Hold a Certified Product Owner credential
Have strong IT knowledge with advanced understanding of general IT and the development lifecycle
Excel in communication, analytical thinking, presentation, decision making, problem solving, and negotiation
Understand business case development and ROI evaluation
Are familiar with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Speak English at B2 level; German at B1 is a plus
Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Have experience defining and delivering product roadmaps
Are comfortable in a role without direct people management responsibilities

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600 € /brutto.
