About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Lead to take ownership of our marketing strategy and help scale Sona through its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a handson leadership role where you’ll balance datadriven strategy with execution across multiple workstreams and leading a small but growing team with deep sector expertise.

You’ll build the frameworks for understanding and segmenting our addressable market, design programs that accelerate pipeline, and own the metrics that demonstrate marketing’s ROI. You’ll also collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure our marketing efforts are tightly aligned with what we build and how we sell.
