Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Swedishspeaking clients regarding their online streaming accounts through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about subscription plans, content availability, and technical issues.
  • Effectively resolve complaints and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely followup on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to quickly resolve complex problems that customers may encounter.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in streaming and new content releases to provide informed recommendations.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve the service and address areas for enhancement.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector.
      • Strong communication and problemsolving skills, with a customerfocused mindset.
      • Proficient in handling customer support software and standard office applications.
      • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
