Responsibilities
  • Assist Swedishspeaking customers via live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Resolve inquiries regarding gaming accounts, promotions, and game functionality efficiently.
  • Inform customers about new games, features, and ongoing promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for followup purposes.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service quality and overall satisfaction.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and company updates to deliver accurate support.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
      • Preferred experience in customer service or the gaming industry.
      • A genuine passion for online gaming and knowledge of various gaming platforms.
      • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
      • Proficiency in using live chat tools and familiarity with customer relationship management software.
