• Monitor ingame chat and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety measures.
• Engage with players to foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Quickly identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary.
• Provide assistance to players about chat moderation policies and guidelines.
• Keep thorough records of moderation actions and report any significant incidents effectively.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance player experience and community engagement initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in online moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong familiarity with gaming culture and the dynamics of online communities.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a calm demeanor in highpressure situations.
  • Detailoriented and responsible in managing online content.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
