Responsibilities
  • Offer topnotch support to Swedishspeaking partners via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle partner inquiries and resolve servicerelated issues efficiently.
  • Inform partners about product features and provide guidance to enhance their overall experience.
  • Accurately document interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to report complex partner issues and devise effective solutions.
  • Engage in regular followups with partners to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution of their concerns.
  • Remain uptodate with product offerings, industry developments, and partner feedback to continually refine support services.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
      • Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and a good grasp of IT systems.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and building relationships.
      • Proficiency with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
      • Ability to excel in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
