We are currently seeking a Swedish Speaking IT Solutions Consultant to become an integral part of our team. In this position, you will engage with Swedishspeaking clients to understand their IT challenges and develop customized solutions that improve their technology landscape and business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to Swedishspeaking clients, identifying their unique IT needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client requirements and prepare tailored IT strategy proposals.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and training to ensure clients are equipped to utilize recommended IT solutions effectively.
• Work closely with technical teams to guarantee the successful implementation and integration of IT services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Keep abreast of emerging IT trends and technologies to provide uptodate advice to clients.
• Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in IT consulting, technical support, or a clientfacing role focused on IT solutions.
  • Deep understanding of IT systems, software solutions, and contemporary technology trends.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in a remote working setup.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
