Responsibilities
  • Provide highquality support to Swedishspeaking customers via various social media platforms, efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Monitor social media channels to ensure prompt responses to comments, messages, and questions from customers.
  • Engage proactively with users to enhance their experience and build a loyal community around the brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with brand messaging and customer interests.
  • Analyze user feedback and interactions to identify trends, making recommendations for service improvements.
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content that appeals to the Swedish audience.
  • Keep abreast of trends in social media and customer service to provide informed support and insights.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience in social media customer support or community management is preferred.
      • Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
      • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is an advantage.
