Job description


NTT DATA is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. This is a 12month TEMP role. (100% remote U.S.).
**W2 only No agencies or vendors.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support cloudbased authentication and access control initiatives. This role focuses on configuring and managing Single SignOn (SSO) integrations using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and SAML protocols. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of handson experience and be ready to contribute immediately in a fastpaced, projectdriven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage SSO integrations for internal and thirdparty applications using Microsoft Entra ID and SAML.
  • Collaborate with project teams and business units to gather requirements and implement secure authentication solutions.
  • Create and maintain application endpoints for identity federation and access control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAMrelated issues in coordination with other IT teams.
  • Maintain documentation for IAM configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Participate in operational support and respond to incoming IAM service requests.
    • Required:
      • 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on SSO, Entra Connect, and SAML configurations
      • 3+ years of knowledge of identity federation, authentication protocols, and access control models.
      • 3+ Years of familiarity with software development and lifecycle and working in projectbased environments.
        • Preferred:
          • Experience working with vendors and application owners to configure SSO and synchronize groups and users to the cloud.
          • Strong Active Directory skills: experience with Azure and Entra Connect is highly desirable.
          • Basic understanding of networking concepts is helpful but not required.
          • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
          • Cloud identity certifications are a plus.
            • Education
              • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.

                  Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The hourly range for this remote role is ($54.00 $56.50hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidates actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
