**This position is a field role and requires up to 75% business travel to different hospitals in Northern California, with occasional covertravel to other states in US ***
Candidates are required to live in Northern California

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Liaising closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols
  • Attending exhibitions and providing product demonstrationsassisting sales at customer sites
  • Providing clinical applications training to customers both on site and remotely, as well as creating and implementing support training information (workflows, user guides, elearning courses)
  • Providing phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems
  • Coordinating or leading customer andor employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs and trade shows
  • Liaising with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement, and providing testing and feedback analysis to development staff
  • Assisting in generating customer information bulletins (CIB) and tracking and delivery of those bulletins


  • Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Associate degree or equivalent (bachelors degree preferred)
  • 3+ years minimum experience in Clinical radiotherapy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced working in a fast paced commercial or clinical environment
  • Must have a valid drivers license and passport is required as 90100% of this role involves travel both domestic and international
  • AlignRTOSMS experience
