Schedule and Time Zone: 8am 5pm Reno, NV time with a 1 hr lunch break (Unpaid)


Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detailoriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and social media efforts. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, thrives in a fastpaced environment, and is passionate about digital trends. You’ll work directly with our marketing team to bring our brand to life online, help drive engagement, and execute campaigns that generate results.


Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Support
  • Planning, create, schedule, and publish postsreels across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Engage with followers—liking, commenting, replying to DMs to foster community
  • Track trends and suggest ideas for reels, stories, and static content
  • Monitor analytics and provide basic monthly performance reports
    • Content Creation
      • Draft captions, blog posts, and assist with newsletters, and promotional copy
      • Repurpose content from podcasts, webinars, and videos into socialready formats
      • Coordinate graphic design via Canva or with a design team
      • Organize and manage a content calendar
        • Marketing Support
          • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions
          • Manage and update email lists and contact databases
          • Track performance metrics and prepare reports
          • Research competitors, trends, and new marketing tools
          • Manage Website SEO needs in Wordpress. Update, fix, monitor, and improve performance.


            • Requirements
              • Strong written and verbal communication skills
              • Social design and ideally Hubspot experience to help support their marketing department
              • Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and experience with Hubspot would be great
              • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook. LinkedIn, and TikTok
              • Familiarity with Wordpress and SEO management
              • Organized, detailoriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
              • Bonus: Experience in dental, health, or consulting space
