This is a remote position.

Schedule: Parttime (20 per week), Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during clients business hours

Client Timezone: PST but this hire would be working EST

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a scaling technology operation where you’ll process highvolume custom orders through an innovative web application platform. You’ll work directly with the company’s proprietary system that intelligently formats and standardizes data across multiple supplier networks, handling 50100+ orders daily while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. As the company expands into new industry verticals and continues developing advanced automation tools, your role will evolve from pure data processing to operational oversight and error resolution, positioning you at the forefront of procurement technology innovation. Responsibilities
  • Process 50100+ custom orders daily through the company’s advanced web application system
  • Navigate and manage order queues that automatically standardize data formats for various suppliers and vendors
  • Submit orders accurately to multiple supplier networks on behalf of retail clients
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all order submissions and supplier interactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve processing errors as new automation tools are implemented
  • Support seamless operational continuity and help maintain smooth business processes
  • Adapt to processing orders for new industry verticals as the company expands its market reach
  • Collaborate with the development team to optimize workflows as automation capabilities evolve




    • Requirements
      • Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or similar highvolume administrative roles
      • Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in data handling and processing
      • Strong proficiency with webbased applications and ability to quickly learn new software systems
      • Previous experience with supplier ordering systems, ecommerce platforms, or vendor management preferred
      • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot processing issues independently
      • Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new processes as the business and technology evolve
