**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and motivated **OfficeAdministrator** to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fastpaced pediatric medical setting and brings a strong background in team leadership, healthcare operations, and administrative oversight.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee daytoday front and backofficeoperations to ensure efficient workflow and patient service
* Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff (team of 6+)
* Manage scheduling, supply inventory, and internal communication processes
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies
* Coordinate with billing and coding personnel to support timely and accurate claims processing
* Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
* Monitor and address patient inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally
* Liaise with medical providers and leadership onofficewide initiatives and improvements
* Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families both inperson and over the phone
Requirements
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
* MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
* Minimum of 3 years of experiencemanaginga team of at least six employees
* Working knowledge of U.S. medicalofficeoperations, particularly pediatric practices
* Strong understanding of HIPAA laws and patient confidentiality protocols
* Demonstrated ability to provide professional, compassionate, and efficient customer service
* Excellent communication,timemanagement, and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD10)
* Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
* Background in pediatric or family medicine settings
