Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 40 hoursweek, Monday to Friday from 8 Am to 5 PM EST with 1 hour unpaid lunch break


Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and techsavvy Executive Assistant to support our Business Development Manager in daytoday operations. As our company continues to grow, we need someone who thrives on taking initiative, works well independently, and brings a sharp, creative mindset to every task. This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, highly organized, and excited about contributing to a fastpaced, growing business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct indepth research using platforms such as Zillow, Airbnb, VRBO, and Vintory
  • Organize and maintain data using Excel spreadsheets and other tools
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities through property and market research
  • Use AI tools to brainstorm, develop, and present business development ideas
  • Respond promptly to emails and Google Chat messages
  • Take initiative in managing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Support in content creation using Canva (e.g., postcards, flyers, basic design work) — a plus, but not required

    • Requirements
      • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
      • Strong computer skills; comfortable learning new software
      • Enjoys research, analysis, and developing new ideas
      • Selfstarter with a strong sense of accountability
      • Organized, efficient, and detailoriented
      • Creative and resourceful, with the ability to think strategically
      • Fast responder to communication tools (email, chat, etc.)
