  Role Overview:
  

  We’re looking for a highperforming Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team. You’ll be responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls, engaging with cold leads, sparking interest in our software demos, and booking appointments with prospects.
  

  
  

  Key Responsibilities
  

  • Make 30–50 outbound cold calls per hour to potential clients.
    
  • Build quick rapport and communicate the value of our products clearly.
    
  • Generate interest and schedule software demonstrations with qualified leads.
    
  • Record all relevant call notes.
    
  • Consistently hit daily call and appointment targets.
    
  • Take initiative in improving call quality and conversion rates.

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years of proven experience in highvolume outbound telesales.
      
    • Fluent in spoken English with a confident, positive, energetic tone.
      
    • Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive telephone manner that drives the conversation
      
    • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven attitude and the ability to work independently.
