Are you a proactive communicator with a knack for creating meaningful customer connections? We’re looking for a Client Outreach & Email Campaign Coordinator who thrives on engaging prospects, building relationships, and keeping communications running smoothly across multiple channels.


In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our outreach efforts—developing and sending softtouch email campaigns, scheduling service requests, conducting followup calls, and acting as the friendly voice of our company for incoming calls. You’ll work closely with our estimators and team members to ensure no opportunity goes unnoticed and every client feels heard.


Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 20h per week, MonWed flexible hours within the business hours Mountain Standard Time
    • Client Time zone: Mountain Standard Time


      Responsibilities:
      • Develop and send softtouch email campaigns to existing customer lists and industry association members
      • Manage inbound email responses and schedule service requests in Jobber booking system
      • Create and manage email sequences for prospects who dont initially respond
      • Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on email campaigns and generate interest
      • Handle general outreach activities to generate basic interest and schedule assessments
      • Answer incoming phone calls (13 per day) during business hours as company receptionist
      • Forward qualified calls to estimators and appropriate team members
      • Maintain consistency in customer communication and brand representation

        • Requirements
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to read client interest levels
          • Experience with email marketing campaigns and CRM systems
          • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales activities
          • Understanding of American business communication styles and cultural nuances
          • Capability to work Mountain Standard Time business hours (8am5pm)
          • Professional phone manner for receptionist duties
