This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Auckland, NZ

Job Overview
We’re looking for a toptier HubSpot expert to join our delivery team as a HubSpot Developer. This is a leadership role—not just task execution. Youll guide clients with processfirst thinking, help structure and scale their gotomarket strategies inside HubSpot, and build smart, effective systems across all Hubs.

This role blends strategy, system design, and handson implementation. You’ll act as both an advisor and a builder—owning the entire HubSpot delivery process from process mapping (in Miro or Lucidchart) to workflow creation, API integration, and quality assurance.

You should be comfortable with complex systems, stay current on HubSpot features, and take initiative to deliver excellent, highimpact solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead HubSpot CRM and GTM architecture for implementation and optimization across Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, and CMS hubs.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs using Lucidchart or Miro.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot assets like workflows, pipelines, custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations.
  • Perform thorough endtoend testing and QA.
  • Facilitate working sessions with clients to identify root problems and recommend strategic CRM solutions.
  • Advise on and implement ABM, lead scoring, attribution, lifecycle management, sales enablement, and handover processes.
  • Collaborate with AllDemands RevOps and Strategy teams to deliver results that drive business value.
  • Handle basic API integrations and use tools like Make.com or Zapier; work with developers on advanced builds.
  • Keep up with HubSpot’s latest updates and suggest new ideas.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams during agile sprints, standups, and retrospectives.

      • Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and basic integration techniques.
      • Solid understanding of Agile methods, sprint planning, and client delivery workflows.
      • Proficiency in system mapping tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
      • Excellent English communication skills—confident in presenting and leading sessions.
      • High attention to documentation, QA, and testing.
      • Proactive and takes ownership of work.
      • Businessminded and eager to solve realworld problems, not just technical tasks.
