Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted B2B outbound sales calls to potential clients using established databases and Zoho CRM system
  • Execute B2C outreach campaigns to reengage inactive platform users and drive user reactivation
  • Schedule highquality meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Follow proven scripts while developing deep understanding of the platform and care industry
  • Perform strategic email followups with prospects and leads to maintain engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the sales director to coordinate outreach efforts and optimize results
  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in the CRM system
  • Focus on generating maximum qualified meetings and demo opportunities


    • Requirements

      • Proven sales experience with demonstrated success in outbound calling environments
      • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
      • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho experience highly preferred)
      • Industry knowledge in home care, senior care, or healthcare sectors (preferred but not required)
      • Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to individual prospect needs
      • Selfmotivated with strong ability to work independently and meet targets
      • Comfortable navigating both B2B and B2C calling scenarios
