Backend Engineer Crypto Exchange Platform

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance an advanced crypto exchange platform built on Python
  
• Integrate the platform with various payment partners and financial service providers
  
• Develop and maintain iOS and Android mobile applications that support the exchange
  
• Provide ongoing engineering support and optimization for the live trading platform
  
• Work with opensource code to implement new features and improvements
  
• Collaborate with a distributed team across multiple time zones
  
• Ensure platform stability and security as the exchange scales

  Requirements

  • Strong backend development experience, with Python expertise highly preferred
    
  • Proven experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms
    
  • Background in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial technology strongly preferred
    
  • Ability to work effectively with existing codebases and thirdparty system integrations
    
  • Fulltime availability with flexibility for remote work
    
  • Experience with payment system integrations and financial APIs is a significant plus
    
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
    
  • Excellent communication skills for working with a distributed team
