Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Demonstrated experience in a user experience leadership role on at least one major Clinical Information System implementation project. (i.e. major systems used within Hospitals)

5 years of demonstrated experience with a focus on Canadian health information systems, standards, technology, andor software.

A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience working directly with clinicians completing activities such as requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, and business process analysis.

Demonstrated expertise employing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices – including leading projects through the full lifecycle using adaptive (agile) and predictive (waterfall) modes.
